Membership Registration

1. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. To join the company’s customer club, complete the required details on the appropriate form available on the website.
3. A purchaser who declares membership in the customer club will be entitled to benefits according to the company’s policy, such as discounts, various perks (no stacking of promotions), email updates on special offers and events, gifts, and more as detailed on the website.

Communication with Club Members

4. The company reserves the right to send email updates to any user who joins the customer club through the website, and the user will have no claims or demands regarding this.
Benefits for Club Members
5. Benefits for club members will be granted to guests who make reservations through the network’s website or by booking through the reservations department. a. When registering on the website, all required identification details must be filled out. b. At the reservations center, members must identify themselves and provide the requested information for verification. c. Directly at the hotel, members must identify themselves and provide all necessary details to verify their membership.

Birthday Benefit Regulations

6. A 15% discount from the standard pricing at the network’s hotels applies during the month of the member’s birthday, as entered upon joining the club. This benefit can be redeemed once a year for one room during the member’s birthday month and for two additional rooms for immediate family only, subject to presenting an ID upon arrival.
7. There are no stacking of promotions or discounts, and a member is entitled to receive only one type of discount per stay, according to their eligibility as defined in these regulations. The birthday benefit will only be granted if no other benefits or discounts have been applied in the hotels or restaurants of the network, or for special packages including spa services and attraction tickets.
8. To qualify for the birthday benefit, the member must enter their birthday in their personal profile on the website and book their vacation through the network’s central reservation system or the website. The birthday benefit cannot be redeemed using any type of vouchers.

Reservation as a Club Member

9. A customer wishing to book a vacation online selects the desired hotel and fills out the required information, including dates, number and composition of rooms, and clicks “Book.” The page will display results (prices), and the relevant membership rate can be selected. After filling in all required fields, click “Confirm Reservation.”
10. A reservation confirmation message with a number can be printed using the “Print” button. To unsubscribe from membership and electronic communications, click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email or send a request with full details to [email protected].
