Non-Show Policy:
last minute canellation
Full payment of the total reservation amount.
Cancellation fees includes:
Regular Season:
2 days and more before arrival – no cancellation fees
2 days and less before arrival – 25% cancellation charge from the total reservation amount
July – August & Jewish Holidays :
3 days and more before arrival – no cancellation fees
3 days and less before arrival – 50% cancellation fees of the total reservation amount
Rates do not include VAT.
Vat will be added according to the law .
*Cancellation or modification made on a Saturday or any other rest day in Israel shall be considered (for the purpose of determining cancellation fees) as if it were made on the following workday.
*In any case of any changes in the booking (dates, destinations, etc.) initiated by the user, the user may be required to pay additional modification fees to the company according to its policies.
